Every bag is checked before it is ever listed
Every piece that reaches us is authenticated in house by our own specialists and verified with Entrupy, an independent authentication technology. We look at construction, materials, stitching, hardware and date codes, and we compare each piece against what we know from twenty years of handling these bags.
Only once a piece has passed inspection does it go online. And if a bag we have sold is ever found not to be authentic, you get your money back plus an additional premium on the item's value.

Yes, the code applies to orders from CHF 1'000. Most of the pieces we carry sit comfortably above that, and PowerPay lets you spread the cost in monthly instalments if you would rather not pay it all at once.
Are the bags really authentic?
Yes. Every piece is authenticated in house and verified with Entrupy before it is listed. If a bag we have sold is ever found not to be authentic, we refund the price paid plus an additional premium on the item's value.
What condition will it be in?
Exactly the condition we describe. Every listing carries a condition grade and detailed photographs of the actual piece, including the interior, the base, the corners and the hardware, so there are no surprises.
What if it is not right for me?
You have 7 days to return it. Shipping to you within Switzerland is free and insured.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. With PowerPay you can spread the cost in monthly instalments of at least 10% of the price.
